I've been having issues since the early 2000s but its gotten way worse.
I started with gallbladder irritation under my right ribs, then IBS and had numerous more issues when I moved to the US.
It seemed ok while in the Army but the last few years issues got worse.
Now my gallbladder is severely irritated with stones and the like, I'm extremely bloated with my weight fluxuating.
Basically from my throat with GERD all the way down with what feels like hemeroids.
I turned 43 in late November and i'm male, anyone knowledgeable have some pointers? With all the GI cancers going around i'm quite nervous.
What have you tried so far? What’s your diet? Did you test for anything like candida? Do you take probiotics? Did you take antibiotics or anything that would change your digestion? Need more info.
Magnesium helped break up some gallstones, I'll need to find something with probiotics, any suggestions? Have not been tested for candida but definitely one of my suspicions, my gallbladder flares up with eating bread products...
Also they found precancerous lesions in my throat from GERD.
Definitely stop eating bread and starches. I recommend full carnivore. It's quite a big switch, and it may be difficult to change quickly, but it will help tremendously. Don't forget to hydrate as you switch.
Second this. 13 months for me. Don’t even fart anymore. Body recomposition is another plus. I got abs. People are healing type 2 diabetes, all kinds of gut issues headaches and even depression(see Jordon and Michaela Peterson)
This is a short or Dr Paul Mason showing results on gut issues from cutting carbs and fiber.
