I've been having issues since the early 2000s but its gotten way worse.
I started with gallbladder irritation under my right ribs, then IBS and had numerous more issues when I moved to the US.
It seemed ok while in the Army but the last few years issues got worse.
Now my gallbladder is severely irritated with stones and the like, I'm extremely bloated with my weight fluxuating.
Basically from my throat with GERD all the way down with what feels like hemeroids.
I turned 43 in late November and i'm male, anyone knowledgeable have some pointers? With all the GI cancers going around i'm quite nervous.
GERD is when you have too much bilirubin in your system and it leaks out of your liver/galbladder into the digestive tract. The cure is a stone flush. Someone has already suggested doing a stone flush and linked to a book to buy. No need to buy a book.
Natural health practitioners recommend doing this once a year, but you can do it as often as every other month if you feel like you have a lot of bilirubin build up. Here are the directions:
Eat a zero fat breakfast and lunch. Stop eating and drinking at 2:00 pm. At 6:00 pm, drink a Tablespoon of epsom salt dissolved in 3/4 cup of water. Do this again at 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm. At 10:00 pm, drink 1/2 cup grapefruit juice mixed with 1/2 cup olive oil. Go straight to bed. The next morning, if you wake up at 6:00 or later, drink a Tablespoon of epsom salt dissolved in 3/4 cup of water. If you wake up before 6:00 am, wait until 6:00 to drink the concoction. Do another round of epsom salt 2 hours after the first dose. 2 hours after that, eat a high fat food (ie avocados, olives, ice cream, cheesecake, etc) to trigger your body to release bile. The stones will start coming out in the morning. When stones pass, it is obvious as they are bright green and float.
Good luck! I hope it works!
