I wonder if an [enemy] is softening up NJ for an old school land invasion? Like fire off an emp and head through NJ to Chicago to cut off New England from the South and Midwest... probably not... they'd have to follow the PA turnpike and no one can afford that... and the pot holes and salt this time of year would destroy all their equipment.
