Attorney General Ken Paxton sued the National Collegiate Athletic Association (“NCAA”) for engaging in false, deceptive, and misleading practices by marketing sporting events as “women’s” competitions only to then provide consumers with mixed sex competiti...
I want them to ask the question to the NCAA: How many trans are allowed on a women's team? One, two, three, or the whole team?
logically all of them, right?
Guess the answer? We do not know.
And how long has Ken Paxton been in office and why is he just NOW figuring out to sue the NCAA?
Ken has been quite busy the last several years with other lawsuits that are an order of magnitude more important than this one. Now that Trump is coming in and Biden is going out he has more time to go after things like this.
While this is important it only affects student athletes - and not a whole state or country. He will also now have a US DOJ that will actually back him and not try to kill his lawsuits like the FJB DOJ did.
If you have any doubts about Ken Paxton - don't. He is the best State AG. He would've made a great USAG, but hopefully he held out so he can primary Senator Dipshit Cornyn for 2026.

Surley, Mr. Paxton has folks in his office that could do the heavy lifting on this issue and all he would have to do is sign his name to the brief.
His fake impeachment trial took a lot of time and money, and pulled his staff in. It was all bogus. Ultimately he won, and the idiotic drunk speaker of the Texas House isn't even going to try to be reelected as speaker this term.
Here 's an idea of how bad it was from a commie leftist Texas site:

Corrupt judges will block you every time.
Well, that is fixing to be taken care of. Off with their heads!
Why does he bother? There are a lot of things like big tech and government corruption that are more important than college sports. Aren’t there bigger fish to fry?
See my comment - he waited for Trump to be elected and only then started on the cases that don't actually affect All of TX or All of the USA.
Way to Go.
Ken is good.
