Maybe, but your blue check goes away temporarily for several things. I know one of them is if you change your banner picture. It takes X a few days to review the new pic and put the checkmark back. I know this because I recently did it, and X notified me the check would disappear while they reviewed my banner.

Watch her account for a few days and I bet the check shows back up.
