We definitely have to request the printed version of our admission papers and look for the words "biogenic" or "vaccination" and line them out and initial it. We can additionally write a statement on the admissions form to see the attached legal form refusing vaccines or biogenics, then sign that. (I am getting a surgery this coming year and am bringing a notarized legal document with me.) Also, I will make sure they give me a copy of my signed admissions papers.

Now I need to figure out how not to be given a vaxxed blood infusion. Hopefully, I can set my own blood aside, and they will actually use it for me.
