Take a Boron tablet everyday and HAVE NOT had ANY issues...in fact everything that is talked about Boron is ACTUALLY a truthful fact and I'm 74!!!!!

I started taking the tabs daily too about a year ago. No issues. Haven't seen any improvements in joints but that's ok.
