Grassroots sowing of the seeds of discontent?

I can see DJT supporting H-1B he has ever said that we want the best and brightest. that is consistent with everything that he has done. I can see him wanting to root out the abuses of the system. DOGE could point out the abuses.. how many DoS bureaucrats are involved in the H-1B process?

I know for a fact that Clinton allowed Sudanese dipped in Saudi students to gain visas...
