That's always possible from a technical standpoint. It's possible with a pacemaker right now. One can only hope that [they] don't include that possibility in Neuralink.

I think in cases like Neuralink being used to help paralysis or other neurological disorders it's understandable, but it feels like the goal of neuralink is to make it like the new version of a smartphone with constant updates that everyone participates in.
