No, it’s a new ruling. On Dec 3 it was ruled we DIDNT have to file, then On Dec 23, the Fifth Court ruled we HAD to file. And now this new ruling today. You need to go back and catch up. This is a new ruling.
Thanks for clarification.. it has been flip flopping - went from needing to file by 12/31, to not needing to file, to need to file by 1/13/25, and back to no need to file, at the moment
