While PDJT may not want to pursue legal action against these scumbags, the DOJ has a legal obligation to prosecute abuses of the law as a clear warning that it is illegal and eventually those who use the power of the Justice Dept illegally will be held accountable.

They have also spent untold millions of dollars of taxpayer money in their crooked attempt to take DJT down so he could not run for President. Add Election interference to abuse of the law. Gitmo is waiting!!!
