By using yet another Clown creation, that being ISIS. Which is now effectively Al Qaeda, since Hamzah bin Laden married into the Haqqani Family network and also all Baghdadi's family. Also married into the controlling family of the Taliban. So, effectively, ISIS/ISIL/ISKP is All Qaeda.
