Bingo. And actually, the “Beneficial Ownership Information” has fortunately been held up in courts!!!

I’m pretty shocked to see my frens here supporting shit like this. I mean; i get it; if there was a way to make it only and FOREVER apply to massive multi-nationals, ultra-wealthy, etc, but we all know that never happens. Even stuff that starts out only targeting “the big guys” ALWAYS filters down to further burden normal & average citizens; in this case; small business owners.

This is pure, fascist, Orwellian, 1984 bullshit, and I hope it gets fully struck down as the dystopian invasion of privacy that it so objectively is.
