And all the years I’ve been going to Costco, I’ve never seen one DEI higher. You work at Costco you actually have to work. 😂😂😂
Haha.. I agree. All the Costco I've been to it's majority or all white folks. Hard work..those DEI stay away.
Yeah, you pretty much have to bust your ass if you’re working at Costco. It’s all moving goods, and then dealing with people. It’s real work.
However; I was talking to my mom the other day, telling her that they would be the first ones to institute. The you can’t buy without the mark of the beast. They’re already having you scan your card now and showing your face and they just look at your face on the scanner, which is basically your face right in front of them so why do they need to do that so stupid? They were the first to put the mask mandates in full effect. They had people walking around the store making sure you pull it up over your nose. It wouldn’t have been that big of a deal if it wasn’t for the fact that I live on Kawaii part time, and they only have one Costco and one Walmart. You’re kind of stuck with those two stores and a couple local markets and some Safeway’s
When we went to Costco during the covid thing they implemented the mask mandate for like maybe 4 weeks and then it was like F it.. nobody cared anymore.
We passed by an Indian family, must be all 5 generations of them came to Costco and the kids running around with their snots and stuff.. It was fine. I think stores do certain things in the beginning for fear of lawsuits or whatnot. Also it depends on the individual store and the managers running it too.
The picture thing, I think it's because people always lend their costco cards to their friends. Now you have to show your costco credit card with picture. I bet the hawaii Costco has sushi and sashimi, must be nice.
Funny thing is, I slammed all my cards and ID in the door of my car by accident, and my Costco card broke. All happened when I was in Kauai I had to get a new Costco card there and it’s the most prettiest picture of me I’ve ever seen. They have an ocean and palm tree background and I just colored my hair a light shade of blue and it looks so pretty. I’m still pleased with myself and that Costco card. 🥰
But yes, Hawaii was very militant with all of the Covid entanglements. My first trip staying with my family for a month, was in 2020. I didn’t sign up for that stupid app where they track you, so the National Guard literally showed up to our house every day around two in the afternoon to make sure I was still at home 😲
Thing is they live on this golf course and they have like five extra lots next to their house that they purchased, so I was able to walk around outside as much as I wanted. I still see people in Hawaii wearing masks on a beautiful gorgeous sunshiny day. Outside. It’s so disheartening sometimes. 😵💫
