There are quite a few things that the early church was doing that got co-opted by others later. Nothing replaced Passover, that's ridiculous. The Last Supper WAS Passover, every Christian knows this. Well, every Catholic at least. Kek. You're going to have to defend your position with things that didn't exist when some Holy Days were established.
