Dems fight to Trump-proof the federal judiciary

They just topped the mark for confirmations set under Trump’s first term, but Senate Democrats are fighting to avoid Trump putting more of a stamp on the judiciary in his second.

When he doesn’t do something himself, it always seems like part of teaching us how to fight again.

He said “I’m going to teach them to fight again” back in 2016, and we always assumed he meant Republican politicians, when it seems more like he meant patriotic Americans and free minded people.
