Cheese pizza seems to be a very specific request. Does anyone actually get that when you could get pepperoni or supreme?

Another interesting thing, Macaulay Culkin was in a comedy rock band called Pizza underground when he grew up.

Cheese tends to be slang for a young white girl. Other slang for other flavors.
