I’m inclined to believe the CR fight was a “show the people” sting operation. Johnson managed to have the 1500 pages pared down to 118 pages. I don’t think we need a Speaker fight right now. Johnson is way more in tune with MAGA than McCarthy ever was. I don’t think he’s as weak as it seems. If he is…he can be replaced later. Right now we need to get pass Jan 20th and take it from there. Just my opinion.
