I think a lot can be inferred through Trumps EOs, his appointments in the later stages of 2020, the Defense Reauthorization Act (think I got the right one) and his emergency orders.

Patel Patriots Devolution posts and all of Joe Langes substacks use an unemotional analysis of these things, using the actual consequential results to lay out an intuitive pathway and blueprint.
