In the cities and burbs? I agree. I live in a burb and it is overcrowded, with multi-story apartment buildings popping up constantly to bring in more foreigners who don't work and just get welfare to sit on their ass. Meanwhile, they actually do work--for cash, so they don't have to pay taxes and don't jeopardize their handouts. I'm so fucking sick of seeing apartment buildings cover every square inch of land in this area. There used to be trees (and, to be fair, dilapidated and abandoned stores), but now it's just apartments as far as the eye can see. Of course, the infrastructure wasn't designed for so many people, so all it does is cause problems.
It ALL feels overcrowded to me. Even out in 'the country.' Who owns 1,000 acres any more? Washington owned 13,000! Some people need and want space and they should be able to have it. Too many people drives up competition and costs.
The country feels overcrowded now.
