Agreed. I still think a concussion like that, would still bounce off the overhang and damage the windows at a minimum. No way of knowing, but still think it was a combo factor.

Yes. Absolutely could be a combo factor. I'm not convinced the purpose of the car bomb was to inflict damage. I believe it was a message directed at Musk and Trump. We need to figure out what exactly the message is.
