In 1950 Sydney Gottlieb was authorised to spray germs into the fog in San Francisco harbor. The point was try to infect 800,000 people. Nobody knew that this was happening. Declassified CIA documents reveals an awful experiment using germs & fog conducted on its own people.

Anyone still alive for this should be tried and executed for treason. And I mean everyone, simple sailor to executive decision makers.
Anyone involved in this that’s dead, should be dug up, removed from American soil and dumped in international waters.
