The United States flags shoud be flown at half-staff effective immediately until sunset on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, in honor of the life and legacy of President Jimmy Carter, who passed away this afternoon in Plains, Georgia
I agree. One day is more than enough, but Biden declared that flags should be flown at half-mast for most of the month of January. If I were Trump, the absolutely first thing I would do is put an end to that EO and require that flags be returned to full mast.
That's a (edit: guideline, not law and are not enforceable - my sincere apologies!) - U.S. Code (4 U.S.C. § 7m), stating:
By order of the President, the flag shall be flown at half-staff upon the death of principal figures of the United States Government and the Governor of a State, territory, or possession, as a mark of respect to their memory.
The flag shall be flown at half-staff 30 days from the death of the President or a former President;
Note the word "shall," not "should." Should means "you are recommended to do it but you don't have to." (i.e. a suggestion). "Shall" is more like a command.
So, not much Biden can do as soon as he gave the order. What if he didn't give the order? Then something is up.
You wonder if it was the Cabal's hand who deliberately announced Jimmy Carter's death within the month of Trump's inaguration. Hospice for years, cancer way over its due, dead at 98 at one point in time?
According to the United States Flag Code, specifically 4 U.S. Code § 6 and § 7, the flag is to be displayed at full staff on certain designated days, including Inauguration Day, unless there is a specific proclamation by the President or another authority to lower it to half-staff due to a national tragedy or mourning.
So again it would have to be Biden to proclaim it.
30 days though 🤷♀️
I’m sorry, but the four years that Carter was in office he didn’t do anything to deserve a flag to be at half mass for 30 days. Nothing.
Also, I have another idea. When we take back the Panama Canal, should we put the flag at half mast for the day? 😂😂
But why? Just because he died. Isn’t one day good enough?

Oh, so it’s no big deal that was only Biden. 😂 He has no power here

Yes, they plan this. Carter’s been dead for a while.

Can a civilian be fined or jailed for not complying? Wtf.
