They keep saying Tim Kelly, but it's Kennedy. Also, Tim Kennedy immediately gave Shawn Ryan the phone number to the public affairs officer of a green beret unit. The public affairs office is simply there to cover everyone's tracks, so why would he tell Shawn Ryan to call them? The answer is pretty obvious.
