Once the playing field is leveled completely, tech company's will hire the best if they want to be the best. I think the lesson is that Americans need to continue being the best. India would run the world if they were the best. If we continue to BE retarded (that includes poisoning the next generation like we have been) then we will no longer be the best anymore. This is why MAHA is so important. This is also why education reform is so important.
