I saw a comment in the last couple of days that was essentially 'always assume that the perpetrator of an an unexplained violent attack or terrorist act is the government, unless incontrovertibly proven otherwise'.

RDX was the main component used for the 2006 Mumbai train bombings and the Jaipur bombings in 2008. It also is believed to be the explosive used in the 2010 Moscow Metro bombings

Trained bomb dogs on RDX, one of about 30 compounds our k9s were trained on. This was in the u.s. and at private kennels. ATF licenses the rights to possess it. We had combined in our training aids about a kilo.

Since working with EXPLOSIVE COMPOUNDS that is considered RARE ON THE OPEN MARKET...THAT WOULD BE RDX!!!!!!
