This is ALREADY IN major B2B contracts on US soil from largest international banks. In the DEI "less Whites" section, it stipulates...

"NO THIRD PARTY CONTRACTORS DOMICILED IN GERMANY"

Why just no programmers in Germany in a USA international contract? Why just Germany? I don't know.
