This is part of why our medical system is a total disaster. Some professor gave a lecture and this person absorbed. She never bothered to discover if the information was correct no curiosity- no research just mimicking the failed model.She was so good at absorbing and regurgitating they gave her a piece of paper saying she was the best at it and two letters to put in front of her name so everyone respected her brilliant respouting. We NEED academic restructuring in EVERY sector. We need the brightest minds to unlock the solutions that are necessary. The person with the best mimicry and most debt won’t fix anything. On a side note if I were a physician I would be so upset that the system was producing constant intellectual disappointments to undermine the incredibly overpriced education I likely worked my tail off to acquire. Trust is a delicate thing and individuals like this added to a system that is designed to put profit over people and you have a recipe for a return of the barber/dentist/doctor/veterinarian. Which tbh sounds kinda awesome if I could find one.
