Yeah the technical term is it recovers for a while but continues to go down. But I think Q was using the phrase as a signal. One, because it has 'cat' in it, signaling to Roaring Kitty. Second, It's the only term from Q posts that references stock movement. Third, the sneeze was a dead cat bounce. This time it will be different. Also Buckle up is used as a signal. Since RC said it when he became a board member. Q has buckle up in a few drops.
