I think buying Greenland serves two fronts. First is locking up resources and keeping them out of China's hands. Second is to have a submarine base in the North Atlantic the removes our dependency on the UK and Scotland as the host of our only sub base in the N.A.
Space Force already has a base in Greenland. It was formerly Thule AFB but is now Pituffik Space Base.
America is more likely to sell out to China than Denmark would ever be. Especially after the backlash which may unfortunately turn America blue again.
I'd like to see a detention center built there for illegals whose home countries won't take them back. The violent gang members and for any who re-enter the US after they've been deported.

Much smaller and closer islands in the Canadian (soon to be American) North.. where escaping or harm to society is practically impossible.
He's on a personal trip not official. But all of the social media reads into it because Trump wants to buy Greenland. So much focus on things I never heard in a rally, wild junior is still not a listed foreign agent.
