The official explanation in Finnish news seems to be that they decided to change the design mostly because they wanted to remove the three crowns, which symbolize Sweden, as their claim for the Swedish crown is no longer seen as relevant. The Danish royal house had that claim for something like 600 years, they first started to use the three crowns during Kalmar union, 1397-1521, when Sweden, Denmark, and Norway joined together to fight the Hanseatic league, but while the different kingdoms officially remained separate the whole union was mostly ran by the Danish royal house.
So whatever, they can keep the symbols in their coat of arms if it makes them feel good, doesn't need to mean any more than them having the symbol of the Swedish three crowns there for the hundreds of years they had no say in the running of the Swedish kingdom. :D
Were taking it like it or not or have fun defending yourselves against Russia
MAGA time's.....
The changes are on account of a new king
They just have to throw 'climate change' into everything, don't they.
