Supreme Court denies Trump's request to block hush money sentencing

Trump is scheduled to be sentenced on Friday, Jan. 10, at 9:30 a.m.

It's my understanding that the sentencing hearing is exactly what formally "convicts" Trump.

So after tomorrow, even without actually being sent to jail, the judge plans to convict him and then let him go. And he plans to do it all virtually.

It's just one big effort to formally convict Trump as a felon.

We'll see what happens. But as of now, Roberts and Barrett are going along with the Lawfare.
