Indeed. To boot, she clearly snubbed Bush when he tried to shake her hand & seems to despise all other presidents & 1st ladies. I am pondering this

I'd add self righteous to that. Anyone who gives into the good in anyway is 'beneath' her. Even Bush or Obama who are equally as evil but are trying to suck up to Trump because they know they are caught I think the devil is very proud of his girl
