The first one makes a lot of sense, actually and does explain the nervousness of the others.

Let me note that, according to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EfnE4KSH_kw it is Obama that says it's a matter of importance & that they need to talk at a quite place. And that does seem to be the way Obama would talk but it really doesn't change clandestine's theory too much
