Merrick Garland’s DOJ never told the Judge who signed off on the search warrant on Mar-a-Lago raid that President Trump had given the FBI full consent to search Mar-a-Lago.
Not only the DOJ, the FBI and Jack Smith tampered and planted evidence against Trump and lied to the court about it. They were prepared to kill Trump and anyone who supported him.

First the false part.
Trump made one argument outside of court and one inside court.
What Trump's lawyers argued in court was NOT THAT Trump gave consent for the FBI to search Mar a Lago because he never did. That is a false claim. What Trump's lawyers argued in court was one FBI supervisor thought maybe they should ask Trump for consent rather than get a search warrant and this should have been told to the judge who signed off on the search warrant.
Judge Cannon shot this down because it's completely irrelevant. It had nothing to do with what their probable cause to search Mar-A-Lago. There absolutely was. The FBI had already subpoenaed the security camera footage. So they already knew when boxes were moved out of the storage room and that not all the boxes were returned
Upon full review, and for the reasons stated below, the Motion is DENIED.....because Defendant Trump has not made the requisite “substantial preliminary showing” that the affidavit in support of the Mar-a-Lago search warrant contains any material false statements or omissions.
(Trump did say months before the search warrant, that he would give the FBI whatever they needed.
This is not the same as consenting to a search. This would not have involved the residence areas of Mar-A-Lago where they found the missing boxes with classified documents.
This would have referred to the storage room. And by the time of the search warrant they found Trump had moved boxes out of the storage room and not all of them returned. So Trump already was not getting them want they needed and they found several things in his office.
The "assassination instructions" is pure 100% BS. The FBI scheduled This search for a Time when they knew Trump was not only not at Mar-A-Lago. He was not even in the State of Florida.
