No. Al Waleed owned big stakes in twitter and four seasons. He was reprimanded by Trump's administration in 2016. Accordingly, the Heir to the Saudi Empire at the time was 'targetted' during the Vegas massacre by this individual who owned the four seasons above the hotel (wink wink).
