In 1849 according to this article, there’s a plaque that says Congressman David Rice Archison was president 1 day as Zachary Taylor did not take the oath of office March 4! However, Archison’s Senate term ended at the same time Taylor was supposed to take the oath of office as president. https://www.whitehousehistory.org/the-origins-of-the-march-4-inauguration
A different member of Congress could have served for a day, but it looks like no one served as president for about 24 hours.
