This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an integral part of the GAW experience for many of us.

Today I angered a boomer friend of mine while texting for saying that I believe the Ashley Babbit shooting was staged. She's from San Diego where he lives and his neighbor knew her and her family well. She was a Trump supporter, etc etc etc. I told him to watch the Wooz Newz "Everything Wrong With The Capitol Shooting In 21 Minutes Or Less" video. He said he watched it all and said that the video is wrong. He knows that Antifa and FBI were infiltrating that event. He knows that J6 was a "staged event" (his own words) but refuses to believe that she could've been at least duped into that situation. He can't wrap his head around why it was staged. I said that it seems to me that it was meant to rile up the MAGA base and provoke people to violence for the media to frame as a true "violent insurrection" (which fortunately did not happen).
But he knows somebody who knew her, so I guess that means that he's an expert on whatever she could have been involved with, I guess. I said that her aberrant behavior should have led to her arrest at least, climbing on that door like that. I said that I am not accusing her of being evil. I said that I believe that Lee Harvey Oswald was innocent and that he believed that he was trying to stop something from happening. It's possible that Babbit could've been duped and used as a pawn like those guys entrapped in that fake and gay Gretchen Whitmer kidnapping conspiracy.
In the end, this friend of mine is a boomer and a bit emotional. He admits I was right all along about Covid and the vaccines. I told him not to take it. I told him to find a U-Haul, pack as much as he could, move to Arizona, take a data entry job and just live out of his car if necessary until he found a place to live. He didn't do it and he told me that after he got that second shot, he knew that his body was permanently damaged. He's very physically active but he found himself getting winded very easy and he's had heart problems since then.
Such is the fate of frogs such as us when dealing with normies. People who cannot see things the way we can. It's not like HE was Babbit's friend. Yes, I think she is dead by now, but not when she was shot. So much of that is illogical. And as the testimony that u/BaronsDog shared with us recently, it's so obvious that there were phonies at work, herding people where they wanted them to be. I've no idea if Babbit was MKUltra'd. I just don't take her involvement that day at face value, nor that Jacob Chansley "QAnon Shaman" guy who was escorted around by cameramen and then tossed in prison.
