OP might have offered sauce, but fundamentally, this is really just a meme.
the plan obviously never spelled this out
When you say "the plan never spelled this out", you might be quite wrong. Did you read the Plan?
Somehow, you seem to be confusing the Q drops with "The Plan". The q drops are not 'the plan'. They point to and alluded to The Plan (a Plan). It's entirely possible that those read-in on the Plan, i.e. the Less Than Ten and even others, actually saw this spelled out. If it or anything like this is actually in the Plan.
But let's go with what you wrote as if you meant the Q drops, and then, er, sure, obviously.
and Devolution is not from Q.
I mean, again, you're mixing your concepts. The objective of the Q operation (the Drops), was NOT to reveal and outline the Plan. I mean, you do not put your battle plans right out there so that the enemy can know what you are doing. The Drops were an operation to mobilize a citizen intelligence militia, aka the anons and Q patriots, etc, to play OUR role in the plan. Because the awakening is integral to the overall Plan. We didn't need to know the details of the Plan. Just be mobilized to fulfill our role.
When you send the troops in at Normandy, do you think THEY know what the Generals' plan is? Do the Generals send out to all the troops, OK, this is the Plan on how we are going to take Germany!!! No. Likewise, anons have only slowly been figuring out "the plan" incrementally over the past 8 years. If indeed this meme is accurate in some way.
Literally, future proves past. But it's not done yet, and we still don't know a lot about Stage 3.
and Devolution is not from Q.
Do you really think that Q would say ANYTHING about devolution if this was the Plan? If anons can figure it out, so could, in fact, probably more easily, the Cabal. Even now, we really only have theory, and circumstantial proof, not actual proof.
I don't know where you got this from.
But the plan obviously never spelled this out and Devolution is not from Q.
kek. I think you've missed the point.
