my understanding of the matter is that government would require the app to be pulled from the app stores, but anyone already using it is unaffected, as well as android users who can install any app they download from anywhere. This seems like establishment blowing smoke to take up airtime and make it look they are doing serious things when really they're filling in a hole by digging another
