I think either 1. Illegitimate president's can't issue legitimate pardons or 2. We might see the end of presidential pardons via judicial case.

It is better that these people who committed CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, be tried in an international court. Don’t forget the bio labs in Ukraine with all the evidence that the Russian army found. The US government under the Obama administration broke International law on biological weapons.
The people of the US are not guilty of this and the international community knows how broken our legal system is as they have watched lawfare being used against Trump, and sadly some of our military administration was involved. They will not ever accept a decision from a U.S. court or military tribunal.
An international court is the only way for their crimes to be tried.
