He was interviewed and asked about his attire. He said it was because this is how he dresses to be comfortable. He said it was him that started dressing in a suit while in session because of all the outrages things being threatened. He just wanted to be comfortable. I LOVE his sense of humor; he just doesn't care if you don't like his views.
As far as how our government leaders dress, if they do a good job, I don't care if they wear PJs to work. There is too much pomp in government that to me is just a waste of our money. I care about what is going on in their brain and soul than what a pretty picture they make. To me Trump could be bald toothless and, in a wheelchair, as long as the brain and soul is still there.
He is getting absolutely dragged in Democratic circles right now. PA has a very purple mindset--I think they care more about getting things done than what party represent them. Pressler has also been chatting with him.
