Oh the JOY! Seriously, we all could make our own faux-pharma ad, complete with happy people in the sunshine, enjoying their lives while the sweet and calming, low volume voice over tells the observer that they could die if they take it, or suffer some other miserable and inescapable horror and insult to their body.
