Looking into it more, this shooter only shot at 2 people (a male and a female) then killed himself? My guess, much more likely, that girl was his girlfriend until the guy came and stole her away, and so his emotions got the better of him and he wanted to just end the suffering.
The manifesto saying to kill a bunch of people makes very little sense in the context of him shooting only one guy and one girl before committing suicide
