Oswald came back from Russia in 61. This is when the CIA opened his "201 file." It should have been opened in 59. There are records which show why.
Oswald seems to have had two "201 files" at CIA. This is highly unusual and the records will help show why. It might also explain why many of Oswalds files were kept in the Cuba division and not in the domestic division.
Oswald was on the list of "subversives" at the FBI in 63. He was taken off by a "flash override" message on 10/9/63. The files will help show who did this, why, and what Hoover did in response. Had he been in this file the USSS would have found him before the parade was allowed to happen or the route would have been changed.
