Why foreign aide for just Israel and Egypt?

Can someone please explain why these 2 countries will remain receiving foreign aide from US?

I just hope we're not saving israel for last as a rescue, Lobbyists need to get out of our country aswell. My american senators and representatives of congress are not for sale.
