NOTE: Betcha' his in talks with the Russian President...Valdimir Putin, about parking those malcontents in the Siberian Winter Wonder Land...NOTHING sucks the soul out of a person that being VERY COLD ALL THE TIME...was stationed at Minot AFB, North Dakota in the MIDDLE OF WINTER...AND ONE DOES TEND TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THE RUSSIANS GO THROUGH...I would be alright sending them to Russia Winter Wonderland!!!!!!!
