I think we should take some time to investigate. There are several rabbit holes here, tying to both big Pharma and Mossad.

I'm not jumping to any final analyses yet. Incompetence is weighted most heavily at 70% probability IMO. There's a lot of loose ends, historical data, motive, and probable cause still floating about.
