I looked into this a few days ago when it was circling the news. It’s true. ANYONE who knowingly or through negligence assists an illegal or obstructs law enforcement from doing their job is committing a felony that is punishable by jail time. And anyone who intentionally brings them into the country, big trouble. Think of how many people could be arrested under this law. So many.
