If Trump can get rid of property taxes he will win a third term in a landslide.
Originally property taxes were implemented due to Land Hoarding. How would we prevent that? Put a cap on it, like 1 per customer?

This is a great question, and funny enough, land hoarding is currently a huge problem now, it just that it's a handful of big corps doing the hoarding, especially single family homes so I don't know what the right solution would be.
Well, it's not working so something else is in order.
Maybe single family homes should only be purchased by people, and allow corporations to only purchase commercial property.
It never stopped land hoarding so it's useless for the late purpose and destructive to freedom. It has to go.
